Supported Internet Browsers/Versions
The SG&I Support portal currently supports the following internet browsers - Internet Explorer versions 8, 9, 10, and 11; Google Chrome version 32 and below; and Firefox version 25 and below. Use of unsupported browsers can result in unexpected behavior including failure to view Service Requests and other important information. Please use one of the supported browsers when accessing the support portal. We recommend turning off the auto-update feature for all installed internet browsers.

Microsoft Security Updates
Intergraph-SG&I’s Quality Assurance group is pleased to announce that all Microsoft Security and Critical updates for February 2014 have been certified with our applications.
